PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-contained power generating system by which high- quality electric power can be generated with high efficiency. SOLUTION: A power generating means 1 and a power generating means 2, which generate electric power in a set amount which exceeds the average load of an object to be power-supplied a little are provided. A first electricity storage means 12, which is charged by the power generating means 1, 2 and which has a function of discharging high electric power in a comparatively short time is provided. A second electricity storage means 13, which is charged by the power generating means 1, 2 and which has a function to discharge low electric power in a comparatively long time is provided. A control means 3, which controls the discharge operation of at least one out of the first electricity storage means 12 and the second electricity storage means 13 according to a change in a load 21, is provided. |
