PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system between a road and a vehicle, that bidirectional communication is available and radio wave shielding is evaded through the use of two-beam shared antennas which realize beams for the vehicle and the road by one antenna opening. SOLUTION: A main antenna and a secondary antenna are constituted of the two-beam shared antennas by which the beams for the vehicle and the road are realized by one antenna opening and are arranged along the road to permit the respective beams for the road to be opposed.
