PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high-speed signal transmission characteristic. SOLUTION: A cable-side connector 102a is arranged in a step manner, so as to engage with a substrate-side connector 101a. An array of signal pins 121a and an array of signal pins 122b are connected with each other by a cable 103b, and an array of signal pins 122a and an array of signal pins 121b are connected with each other with a cable 103a. Thus, an array of signal pins 111a placed far from a substrate plane of a substrate 104a is connected with an array of signal pins 112b placed near a substrate plane of a substrate 104b, whereas an array of signal pins 112a placed near the substrate plane of the substrate 104a is connected with an array of signal pins 111b placed far from the substrate plane of the substrate 104b.
