The machine includes a swing unit that can swing about an axis (A) to follow a curved path between a starting position and an end position. The swing unit includes a cap tightening device (22) rotatable about an axis (B) which is fixed in relation to the swing unit and moves with the swing unit, so that in the starting position the cap tightening device is engaged with the cap and then it follows the cap and bottle in the conveyor transport direction. During the swing movement, the cap is rotated in order to screw it onto the bottle. |
