<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared detector at a low cost, easy to change design of a visual field angle or the like and hardly affected by noise. SOLUTION: A pyroelectric element 1 is mounted on a printed circuit board 2 through supporters 61 and 62. Lead terminals 31 and 32 are electrically independently implanted in a base 3, and a lead terminal 33 is implanted in the state electrically connected to a shell 3a. A cap 4 is made of metal, and an opening window 41 is installed on the top surface. An optical filter 5 fixed to the inner part of the opening window 41 has an insulating base plate 51 made of barium fluoride as a substrate, and a multilayer filter film 52 for transmitting only infrared ray which is a detecting object is formed on the back surface of the insulating base plate 51. A metal film (a light shut off film) made of chromium, silver, aluminum or the like is formed in a region joined to the cap and the vicinity of the region on the surface of the insulating base plate 51, and a mesh- like metal film 54 is fomred in the central part (an infrared incoming region) of the surface.</p> |
