摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interruption of communication at the timing of switching a satellite going out from an elevation angle range to a satellite newly entering into the range in the case of transmitting/receiving data to/from the satellite moving in the elevation angle range. SOLUTION: A receiver (or a transmitter) is provided with two antennas 11, 11', and during the reception of data through the antenna 11, a control device 13 inputs a received signal from a receiving RF 12 and a signal from a sensor 17 such as a gyro and outputs a control signal for moving the antenna 11 to the azimuth of a tracking satellite to a driving system 14. Simultaneously a satellite position arithmetic unit 15 calculates the position of the tracking satellite, and when the position arrives at the end of the elevation angle range, starts the tracking of the waiting antenna 13' to the start point of the elevation angle through an antenna control device 13' and a driving system 14'. A reception switching device 25 selects a signal of higher intensity out of signals received from both the antennas 11, 11' in switching timing. In the case of a transmitter, signals are transmitted from both the antennas in switching timing.
