PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting arrengements device offering simplified construction permitting efficient lighting for illumination. SOLUTION: A mount 2 is mounted on a support 1 so as to be rotationally movable around the support 1 in a horizontal direction and a position identifier 5 is mounted on the mount 2 via an operating means 17 so as to be movable. A primary reflecting mirror 6 to be associated with the position identifier 5 is connected to the operating means 17 and a secondary reflecting mirror 2 is mounted so as to be rotationaly movable around the support 1 in a horizontal direction.
