摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite piezoelectric part formed by electrically connecting plural piezoelectric resonant elements in which miniaturization can be realized, and the reliability of the electric connection among the plural piezoelectric resonant elements can be increased. SOLUTION: Plural piezoelectric resonant elements 2-5 are connected through conductive connecting materials 21-23 and 24-26, and electrodes between the piezoelectric resonant elements are electrically connected so that this composite piezoelectric part 1 can be constituted. In this case, a substrate constituting the piezoelectric resonant elements 3-5 is constituted so that an adhesive part 6c having a through-hole 6f in which conducive materials 6 are packed can be interposed between piezoelectric substrate parts 6a and 6b, and a ground electrode to be connected with a ground electrode is formed on the upper face and/or lower face of the adhesive part 6c, and electrodes to be connected with the ground potentials of the piezoelectric resonant elements 2-5 are electrically connected through the conductive connecting members 22 and 25 and the adhesive part 6c of the substrate in the direction of the laminated layers.
