FIXING DEVICE AND SURFACE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ameliorate the traces of image folds and roller contamination by improving the ruggedness of fold parts of a fixing and pressurizing member coated with a fluororesin tube having folds by a simple method. SOLUTION: A heated member is pressed to the surface of the fixing and pressurizing member coated with the fluororesin tube having the folds, by which the ruggedness of the fold parts is smoothed.
