PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deformation of a bracket while setting high clamping torque, and to improve assembling performance and economical performance. SOLUTION: Inclination receiving surfaces 24, 24 are formed on ear pieces 22a, 22b formed on the both sides of the longitudinal groove 23 of a raised piece 21, the side end surface of the protuberance 42 of a mount bolt 40 is brought into surface contact with the inclination receiving surface, and clamping torque acting through the protuberance 42 is directed to the bottom edge part of the raised piece 21.
