<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight vacuum heat insulating body which shows sufficient strength against external force, and can be molded to be an optional form such as a rectangular vessel. SOLUTION: A housing part 16 is formed by a cover member 11 made of metal plates, etc. A charging member 20 made of resin such as communicating urethane foam is charged inside the housing part 16. The housing part 16 charged with the charging member 20 is covered with a metal plate lid member 17. The lid member 17 is fixed to the cover member 11 by seal-welding. An inner space of the housing part 16, to which the lid member 17 and the cover member 11 are fixed by seal-welding, is vacuum exhausted through a vacuum exhausting port 19.</p> |
