摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser diode exciting solid laser oscillator which simplifies a structure by using together a cooling means of a solid laser medium for a temperature control means of a laser diode and decreases cost. SOLUTION: As an excitation source of a solid laser medium 24, a laser diode 13 of oscillation wavelength 809 to 810 nm at 25 deg.C is used. There is provided a single cooling means 33 for cooling both the solid laser medium 24 and laser diode 13 at a predetermined temperature of less than 25 deg.C. The laser diode 13 is controlled so as to operate with an oscillation wavelength agreeing with an absorption wavelength of the solid laser medium 24 by cooling by the cooling means 33.</p>
