SUBSTANCE: tilted holes are bored below sludge storage bottom until distance between opposing borehole bottoms equals value found from equation given in invention. Bored holes are encased by perforated pipes communicating with sludge storage; setting mixture is injected through pipes and further advanced through perforated- pipe holes. Setting mixture is forced to bed through borehole bottoms as soon as utmost depth is attained.
