SUBSTANCE: device is designed to extend range of application of industrial electric fans with power of 5-50 W due to constructional combining of them with manufactured registers. Technical not household electric fan of suitable parameters is secured on decorative standard register directly with additional external case which makes it possible to reduce dimensions of fan and to use it in air vents of smaller size. Fan mechanism is coupled with register by means of tightening elements in the form of rods or metal plates one end of which represents single or double hook embracing register frame rod. It may also be shaped as rod with cap passing through hole in plate which catches adjacent rods of register frame with its bent edges. Opposite ends of rods or plates are secured in holes of fan case by means of threaded, pin, fitted-on or rolled joints with use of shock-absorbing gaskets.
