HEAD SUSPENSION HAVING FOLLOW-UP PART AND POSITIONING METHOD OF THE SUSPENSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved head suspension for supporting a head slider on a rigid disk in a dynamic storage device. SOLUTION: This head suspension is used for supporting a head slider on a rigid disk stored in a dynamic storage device and provided with a 1st component parts which has a follow-up part that is engaged with a 1st pin and a reference engagement plane and a 2nd component parts which has a reference engagement plane and a pin engagement part that are matched with the follow-up part and reference engagement part of the 1st component parts respectively. When the reference engagement plane is engaged with the reference plane of the 1st component part, the 1st pin is engaged with the follow-up part and deflected. The pin engagement part and the reference engagement plane of the 2nd component parts are used for each other or for setting an attachment position set for production of the head suspension in order to arrange the elements of the head suspension such as a load beam, a deflection part and a base plate.
