PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of a centrifuge imbalance detector in detecting and monitoring imbalance by simplifying adjustments in particular, and automatically correcting variations, etc., in characteristic of a transistor, relating to the initial adjustment of the detector and automatic correction during operation. SOLUTION: The centrifuge imbalance detector is provided with a gain adjusting means 8 intervening between an envelope converter 6 and an effective value converter 7 to correct the magnitude of each signal output from the effective value converter 7, an amplitude adjusting means 9 for an oscillator adjusting signals output from the envelope converter 6, and a storage means 46 for storing the values adjusted by the gain adjusting means 8.
