PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid change-over valve capable of making a fluid flow out from one inflow line to one or both of two outflow lines or stopping the outflow, and allowing rapid and easy change-over operation. SOLUTION: In this valve, an inflow pipe 11 is screwed in one end 401 of a cylinder part 41 of a cylindrical valve casing 40, while a cap nut 42 rotatably fitted on a rotary shaft 62 of a handle 61 of a handle change-over device 60 is screwed on the other end 402. An outflow opening 412 communicating with an outflow pipe 31 forming an outflow line 30 and another outflow opening communicating with another outflow pipe are bored halfway along the cylinder part 41. A cylinder part 51 of a cylindrical valve element 50 is slidably fitted in the cylinder part 41. In the cylindrical valve element 50, one end 501 of the cylinder part 51 communicates with an inflow line 10, the other end 502 is closed and connected to the rotary shaft 62 of the handle 61, and an outflow opening 512 communicating with the outflow opening 412 of the cylinder part 41 of the cylindrical valve casing 40 and another outflow opening communicating with the other outflow opening are bored halfway along the cylinder part 51.
