PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply accomplish piping work by stopping a bolt with a suspending band cantilever-supported by a suspending piece of a turn buckle and the bolt where a nut is not yet mounted, which is passed through a fastening piece of a suspending band. SOLUTION: A piece member 30 having a U-shaped section is used, the piece member 30 is passed through a bolt hole 15 of the fastening piece 14 in a cantilever-side bent band piece 11 of the suspending band 10 and a bolt hole 3 of the suspension piece 2 of the turn buckle 1, and the fastening piece 14 and the suspending piece 2 are drawn and held by a pair of drawing pieces 31. Since the suspending band 10 is subjected to downward load by its dead weight, with the relative positions of the fastening piece 14 and the suspending piece 2 kept, the bolt 20a is strongly held to be clamped therebetween, whereby the possibility of slip-off of the bolt 20a can be eliminated so that the bolt can be surely stopped without being held by hands.
