SOLUTION: This mixer circuit is composed of a first differential transistor pair constituted of transistors Q1 (1) and Q2 (2), a second differential transistor pair constituted of transistors Q3 (3) and Q4 (4), an impedance element 8 connected to the first differential transistor pair, an impedance element 9 connected to the second differential transistor pair, an inductor 7 connected to a node A and a node, B, a current source 5 connected to the node A, a current source 6 connected to the node B, and a capacitor 10.
