PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate detection for plural satellites even when an integration time of a correlator of a GPS receiver is long. SOLUTION: An area for a satellite signal searched by the GPS receiver and a code phase searching range are effectively narrowed based on information accumulated in the last search and a search message to facilitate the detection for the satellites, and the satellites are thereby searched successively.
