PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic issuing device of certificates which is small- sized and efficiently issues so-called certificates such as a resident card and a certificate of seal impression in a self-governing body or certificate of graduation of a university by applying automatic printing and printing of red seal impression. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an operating part 1, an automatic certificate issuing mechanism part 2 and a cash part 3, a certificate printed from a printer 11 is certified, printed by a red seal impression printing means 13 and stacked for a desired number in a sticker 14 and plural certificates are simultaneously issued.
