PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device which is made small-sized by uniting an information exchanging means for a card type information recording medium and also inexpensive. SOLUTION: This device is provided with input keys 37 provided by characters and symbols to be inputted, an operation signal generating means 21 which generates a signal according to the operation of the input keys 37, and an information exchanging means 17 at least for reading out information of the card type information recording medium 15.
