PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizing circuit of a display device in which the controls of a deflection control block is simplified, unnecessary signal flows in a system are eliminated, the number of parts is reduced and the reliability is improved. SOLUTION: A synchronizing signal processing circuit 13 and an on-screen function displaying circuit 14 are integrated on a common IC16 in a video block 11.
