PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of an armature that is an electrical heating element in a magnet generator with a stator clutch especially even without using any conductors with high heat resistance, to suppress the temperature increase of a permanent magnet, and to make small the reduction of generation output. SOLUTION: In a magnet generator with a starter clutch where a stator clutch 5 is mounted onto the end face of a rotor 1, a window hole 20 for cooling is formed onto the end face of the rotor 1 while the window hole is extended from one part of a stator clutch clamping seat 100 in that the stator clutch 5 is mounted to the outer-periphery side. The window hole 20 for cooling being exposed at the outer-periphery side of the stator clutch 5 is covered with a fan 10, at the same time, an opening part 200 is provided on the rotary-direction side of the rotor 1 of the fan 10, and the angle of the blade of the fan 10 is bent forward to the rotary-direction side of the rotor 1.
