PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous actuation of a gas discharge prevener by suppressing fluctuation of inlet pressure in the gas discharge preventer. SOLUTION: A gas extracting valve is arranged on a bulk storing bath housing liquefied petroleum gas. A primary pressure governor 31 and a secondary pressure governor 33 are sequentially arranged on a pipeline system connected to the gas extracting valve. A gas discharge preventer 43 is housed in the primary pressure governor 31 on its side of a gas outlet passage 41, for interrupting passage of the gas of a specified flowing amount or more. The gas discharge preventer 43 interrupts the flow passage by means of an overflow preventing valve 53 when the flowing amount of the gas reaches the specified value.
