PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote incoming call transmitter for portable telephone that can inform a user about the arrival of an incoming call without troubling other people, allows the user to recognize the arrival of the incoming call even when the user does not wear a voluminous mobile phone and precludes the possibility of mistaking an incoming call addressed to other person for an incoming call addresses to the user. SOLUTION: This remote incoming call transmitter 2 is composed of an incoming call detection section 3 that is mounted on a mobile phone 1 and of a remote incoming transmission section 4 that is designed as a separate unit from the incoming call detection section 3. The incoming call detection section 3 is provided with conversion means 10, 11 that convert an audible voice from the mobile phone 1 into an ultrasonic wave signal and a transmission means 12 that transmits the covered signal. The remote incoming transmission section 4 is provided with 1st detection means 17, 18 that detect an incoming call with a wireless frequency to the mobile phone 1, 2nd detection means 14, 16 that receive a signal from the transmission means 12, an AND means 20 that receives an output of the 1st and 2nd detection means and provides an AND output, and an incoming call transmission means 21 that transmits the incoming call on the basis of an output of the AND means 20.
