PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater lamp that carbon as the heater is not broken even when a vibration or shock is given. SOLUTION: Carbon 40 as a heating body is coated on a rod-shaped base body 30 composed of heat-resistant nonconductive body disposed along the tube axis of a tubular sealed body 10, and electrically connected to a pair of lead wire 23 that extend from sealing portions 11 at both ends of the sealed body into its interior. When the base body has a tubular shape composed of a ceramic, carbon is coated on the inner face of the tubular body.
