PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing device and information reproducing method in which data sections disabled for reading can be decreased even if an erroneous address is written. SOLUTION: An address and an error detecting code are stored in first to third reading address information-circuits 150-152 from an input signal S001, priority being an index of certainty of data is decided from an error result using an error detecting code and the compared result using an address expected value S004 in a priority operation circuit 180, two addresses having higher priority are taken out in a priority comparing circuit 190, when these priority satisfy a read-out threshold S005, a demodulation circuit control signal S220e is outputted.
