SUBSTANCE: a reflecting layer with optical microspheres sunk in part of their height in adhesive compound is applied over the supporting layer. A metal plate with a composite coating precipitated in an electrostatic field of polymeric powder compound is used as the supporting layer. Used as the adhesive compound is epoxypolyester powder compound, of which the sign image is formed on the supporting layer prior to application of the reflecting layer. After application of the reflecting layer thermal treatment is carried out up to its fixing. Then a protective layer is applied of transparent polymeric material. EFFECT: expanded store of the means of production of luminous efficient material with sign image, simplified procedure. 1 tbl
