发明名称 WASTE HEAT RECOVERY METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble caused by corrosion or the like and consequently improve the recovery efficiency of a heat exchnger by a method wherein the representative temperature of hot gas in a gas chamber is controlled to the set value by operating the quantity of liquid to supply to a liquid chamber and at the same time the direction of flow within the liquid chamber is reversed in response to the process conditions. CONSTITUTION:In the heat-pipe type heat exchanger 10, the gas chamber 12 and the liquid chamber 13, both of which are disposed in an array through a partition wall 11, are thermally connected with each other by means of a large number of heat pipes 14 provided by piercing the partition wall 11. In order to recover waste heat from hot gas to liquid, the general flow direction of the liquid within the liquid chambe 13 is made parallel to the flow direction of the hot gas within the gas chamber 12 and, on the other hand, the representative temperature of the hot gas within the gas chamber 12 is controlled to the set value by operating the quantity of the liquid to supply to the liquid chamber 13 and the general flow direction of the liquid within the liquid chamber 13 is reversed in response to the process conditions. Consequently, a waste heat recovery method capable of coping with wide change of conditions without producing corrosion.
