PURPOSE:To enable to effect the capacity cntrol of the machine simply by a method wherein the capacity control either 100% operation operating two sets of compressor or 50% operation operating one set of compressor is effected in accordance with an indoor temperature. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of compressor 12, 13 are mounted on an outdoor unit 11 and the refrigerant medium circuits of the compressors are separated into two imdependent circuits respectively in outdoor side heat exchangers 14, 15 while the circuits of indoor side heat exchangers 18, 21 for one set of indoor unit 17 are separated into plural independent circuits and operating numbers of the compressor 12, 13 are controlled in accordance with an indoor load condition. Thus, the 100% operation operating two sets of compredssor or the 50% operation operating one set of compressor is efcfected in accordance with the indoor temprature to control the air-conditioning capacity. According to this method, the system of the capacity control becomes very simple and the capacity control may be effected without employing a complicated control circuit. |
