The insulating body is of thermoplastic material with two spaced surfaces linked by a side wall which is structured to flexibly hold an electrically conductive element, eg. in a groove. The second surface comprises an edge duct. The structure of the holding groove is such that its free surface is fitted with alternating slits and holding protrusions. Independent CLAIMS are included for the lamp cap.
