<p>The tool set serves for hot sizing and piercing of workpieces (1) made up of a bottom section and an axially protruding wall section which has transverse holes. It consists of a seating tool (2) for the workpiece, and a sizing tool which is axially adjustable relative to the tool (2). The sizing tool consists of two components. In the closed state of the tool set, the components (3, 4) of the sizing tool internally and externally grip the workpiece. The component (4) has two coaxially adjustable piercing tools (6), while the component (3) has a cut-out for the plug pierced out from the workpiece. In the open state of the tool set, this cutout is aligned with an ejector (7) to push out the plug into a chute leading outside.</p> |
