In this method, the programs which are required for triggering operating processes in the vehicle are stored twice and the two programs are checked for completeness. When an error occurs in one of the programs, an error signal is output. The result is that when, in particular, EPROMs are used in quantity, program errors do not occur or, at least, are detected early. |
