PURPOSE:To improve operability by detecting and storing an end mark added to the end part of a microfilm, and holding the storage contents and inhibiting a frame advance until a start mark is detected by rewinding the film. CONSTITUTION:Leader tapes 1a and 1b are connected to the start part and end part of a microfilm 1, and a start mark MS (used as a reset mark during rewinding) and an end mark ME are added there. When the end mark ME is detected by winding the microfilm 1 from a film reel, the detection of the end mark ME is stored in a storage device. The storage contents are held until resetting is done by rewinding the film 1 until the start mark MS is detected. A frame or subject advance is inhibited until the storage is released. Thus, operability is improved. |
