A leading connection conductor (30) relates to the magnetic field collected by a magnetic transducer e.g. a hall effect sensor (60) mounted on a printed circuit board (40) to control a current flow in a power semiconductor component (20). The hall effect sensor produces an output signal showing the relationship of the leading connection conductor to the current in the power semiconductor component. The power electrode of the power semiconductor component is connected to the leading connection conductor in a current measurement circuit mounted on the printed circuit board. A control circuit (45) is connected to the control electrode of the power semiconductor component. An Independent claim is also included for a current measurement circuit.
