The headphone has a headphone body (1) incorporating a loudspeaker (2), with the tone generation part (2a) of the latter covered by an ear pad (3) on its front side, the rear side covered by a housing (4) provided with an off-centre rotary shaft (5) inclined at 45 degrees to the normal at the centre of the headphone, to which a hanging clip for the headphone is fitted. A locking device (9,10) allows the rotary shaft to be locked in a required angular position.
