<p>A method and a device for manufacturing a cogged V-belt capable of preventing the crest part of a belt cog from being deformed or damaged when a V-belt formed body is vulcanized by sequential feeding; the cogged V-belt manufacturing device comprising a positioning member (2) capable of being brought into contact with and moved away from a trough part (21) of the belt cog of the V-belt formed body (1) and capable of being moved in the longitudinal direction of the V-belt formed body (1), positioning member detection means detecting the position of the positioning member (2), and a belt retaining member (3) capable of being pressed against the rear surface of the vulcanized portion of the V-belt formed body (1) which are all installed near the longitudinal end face of the V-belt formed body (1) of a pressuring panel (8), wherein a nonvulcanized V-belt formed body (1) is held between the flat metal mold pressuring panel (8) and a cog metal mold (44) installed so as to face toward the pressuring panel (8) to pressurize and heat for vulcanization.</p> |
