<p>Attempts are made to develop a widely applicable technique for developing granules for oral use which can be quickly disintegrated or dissolved in the oral cavity at the administration or in the dissolution or suspension step in using and can be easily handled. Granules for oral use which are obtained by the granulation with the use of sucrose, contain no or little binders and quickly undergo disintegration or dissolution.</p> |
