The changing device has at least 2 magazine locations (13), each provided with a holding device (14) for securing a lens holder (10) fitted with a focussing lens (9) and an operating device (15) which cooperates with a fixing device for the lens holder provided by the laser machining head (11). A further operating device (23) cooperates with a second fixing device provided by the laser machining head for a further function element (21), e.g. a cutting jet, received by the same magazine location as the lens holder.
