PURPOSE:To wind a both-side adhesive tape without stopping the winding of a wire by advancing the winding of the both-side adhesive tape toward the bobbin side when the winding of a magnet wire is advanced to the peripheral direction of a cylindrical bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A plastic bobbin 12, through which a shaft 11 is passed at the center of a closed part closed at one end, is engaged with a winding jig 7 and disposed. Then, a both-side adhesive tape 9 is drawn from a roll 10, wound in the amount corresponding to approx. one periphery of the bobbin 12 and adhered. Then, a magnet wire 5 which is led from a flier 4 is wound on the shaft 11, the flier 4 is rotated by a hollow shaft 2 around the bobbin 12 in the direction of an arrow A, and the bobbin 12 is rotated by an index drive unit 6 in the direction of an arrow B. Thus, the wire 5 can be sequentially advanced. On the other hand, the tape 9 is wound on the outside of the wire 5. In this manner, the tape 9 can be wound without stopping the wire 5, the winding amount of the tape 9 can be relatively reduced, and the slip of the wire 5 can be prevented. |
