发明名称 CHARACTERISTIC IMPROVING DEVICE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER UTILIZING SELF-EXCITING AND EDDY-EXCITING OSCILLATIONS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a performance by improving the heat transmitting characteristics and reducing the adhesion of dust onto the heat transmitting surface of a fin by a method wherein a column-like body is rotatably attached to the tip end of an elastic spring and is arranged at the upstream side of the heat transmitting part. CONSTITUTION:The triangular column-like body 1, which is a self-exciting oscillating body, is rotatably supported by a bearing 5 provided at the tip end of the elastic spring 3 and is fixed at the upstream side of the heat transmitting part 2 by metal fittings 6 so as to be arranged with a proper interval. According to this method, the column-like body 1 oscillates by the self-exciting oscillation and the eddy-exciting oscillation into the orthogonal direction with respect to the flow of the fluid and a large pulsating slip stream is obtained. This pulsating backwash improves the heat transmitting characteristics and reduces the adhesion of dust onto the heat transmitting surface of the fin, therefore, the deterioration of the performance may be prevented. A T-shaped column may be utilized instead of the column-like body and substantially similar effect may be obtained without providing the elastic spring. Thus, the heat transmitting characteristics of the heat exchanger may be improved and the miniaturization, weight reduction and energy saving may be enabled.
