The invention relates to the integration of structurally incompatible data systems, in particular to data exchange between such systems. Said systems occur in companies and organisations where numerous data lists with overlapping contents are stored in different data bank systems with incompatible data bank structures. Various methods are disclosed to achieve the fusing of said data bank systems in such a way that problem free data exchange in both directions is possible. In particular, the creation and editing of system-wide shared data is made possible.
