<p>A programmable dispenser (10, 110, 210), especially for dispensing an olfactory stimulating material from a source of the material, is presented. More particularly, the present invention relates to a dispenser (10, 110, 210) for an olfactory stimulating material, such as an air freshener composition, wherein the dispenser (10, 110, 210) can be programmed so as to be operational within a wide variety of operating modes, such as starting and ending operations at specific times during the day, being operational during specific days of the week, and dispensing frequency i.e., in the case of an aerosol or pump source(20)) and/or intensity i.e., in the case of a gel or cartridge source (120)).</p> |
