The loudspeaker has 2 annular ferromagnetic elements (3,5) facing one another, with their opposing surfaces having the same magnetic polarity and 2 facing ferromagnetic discs (4,6), with the opposite magnetic polarity at their opposing surfaces, positioned concentrically, for defining an intermediate air gap (13). A flat membrane (10) for emission of sound waves, provided with a conductor path coil, coinciding with the position of the airgap, is supported between the facing ferromagnetic elements and discs, via upper and lower plastics carriers (1,2), provided with sound radiation openings (11).
