The device includes a motor-driven dovetail milling machine which moves parallel beneath a stop face. A stop face is mounted perpendicular to a plastics plate and stop face (1) and this thin plastics plate between stops is initially worked to the milling diameter. The stop has guide grooves in which the bearing faces (4 and 3) can be moved and fixed. The swivel tension device (13) is fixed on the stop and when released enables the swivel arm to move into position above the workpiece. The milling machine moves restricted parallel to the stop face.
