<p>A dendritic cell (DC) composition and a method of obtaining such a composition by isolating and culturing human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) is described, together with methods of identifying and isolating DC at two different stages of maturation [the DC precursor (DCP) stage and the mature DC stage].
