A disk holding device capable of loading disks thereon, wherein a pair of loading tables (2) are provided in place of an existing tray, a guide column (23) is inserted into a guide hole (2i) in the pair of loading tables (2) loading the disks thereon, six pairs of loading tables (2) are installed stackingly so that they can be raised and lowered, a spring receiver (2j) is installed on an uppermost loading table (2), and the lower part of a coiled spring (24) surrounding a spring guide (26) provided between a ceiling plate and a bottom plate is stored inside the spring receiver (2j), whereby the disk holding device loading the disks thereon can be reduced in size and weight.
