A turbine rotor vane which is provided at the low-pressure final stage of a steam turbine and which connects adjacent vanes to each other without using any connecting member at the intermediate portions of the vanes so that a cross-sectional shape is formed twisted ranging from the bottom part to the tip side of the vane, characterized in that, when the vane cross section of the horizontal plane of the rotor vane is taken in two axis directions and o ne axial direction is specified as X-axis and the other axial direction crossin g perpendicular to the X-axis is specified as Y-axis, the vane cross section o f the turbine rotor vane at a specified height from the vane bottom part is formed within the range of .plusmn. 0.3 mm from each continuous point specified for vane cross-sectional shape in Tables 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and 18.
