摘要 PURPOSE:To execute a prescribed logical operation to an input signal by constituting a titled circuit of two bridging circuits constituted of a Josephson joint and a resistor, and a coupling resistor. CONSTITUTION:When gate currents Ig1, Ig2 are made to flow from gate current supply lines 53, 54, and input currents are inputted from input lines 55, 56, Josephson joints 41, 42 are switched to a voltage state. Accordingly, a bridging circuit consisting of the joints 41, 42 and resistors 45-47 is switched, and the current Ig1 passes through resistors 51, 52 and a Josephson joint 43 and flows into a ground, and switches the joint 43 to a voltage state. Subsequently, a Josephson joint 44 is also switched to a voltage state, and as a result, the current Ig1+ Ig2 flows to a load resistance 60, and switching of this logical gate circuit is completed. Aslo, in case when the input current flows to input lines 57, 58, too, the operation is executed in the same way. Accordingly, in case when input signals A1, B1, A2 and B2 are inputted to the input lines 55-58, this logical gate circuit executes a logical operation of A1.B1+A2.B2.
